  • Evolved the subscription flow experience by introducing new functionality, and identifying opportunities to address existing pain points increasing the completion rate from 15% to 69%.

  • Drove the redesign of the trial sign-up flow, increasing conversion rate from 35% to 62%.

  • Led two rebrands, creating company logo, style guides, scalable marketing assets, in-product brand and marketing.

  • Streamlined the billing feature by reducing friction on key workflows for reporting, bill creation, and insurance eligibility checks for 112k users.

  • Contributed to design system and UI component library to maintain consistency within the product, and improve the process between design and engineering.

  • Fostered a strong partnership and collaboration with cross functional teams including product, research, engineering, marketing, education, sales, legal, and customer support through weekly meetings, Productboard collaboration, presentations, shadowing, and workshops.

  • Partnered with the user research collaborating on research planning, synthesis, interviews and surveys.
